raven's flight
I initially made this design to transfer onto my smudge box with a wood burner tool. I ended up liking the art so much that I re-created it digitally to offer for others to enjoy.
About the Common Raven (Corvus Corax) Ravens are often misunderstood and historically associated with death. In reality, they are among the top smartest birds. Often working in pairs, they are fantastic problem solvers, who are often seen playing, these cunning birds constantly display acts of keen intelligence. Solving puzzles, mimicking humans, and even using their wings to fan smoke over their body to ward off parasites, these are just a few things ravens have been known to do. They have been known to memorize their favourite humans or those they don't like, even after many years of separation.
