Here you can purchase my tattoo vouchers. Please read all of the terms and conditions, before purchasing and using.

Tattoo Voucher Terms and Conditions 

To use a tattoo voucher, the user must be 18+ years old.

The tattoo voucher/s must be present at the time of the tattoo appointment, or a clear photo of the voucher's # must be able to be shown at the time of the appointment. 

Any monetary amount not covered by the tattoo voucher/s must be covered by the client, including taxes.

If there is an amount left on the tattoo voucher/s after an appointment, the remainder will be noted in Mystic Creations 123 / Dean Lewis's notes. This can also be added to the physical copy.

Tattoo vouchers are not redeemable for cash, and cannot be exchanged, or returned.

Mystic Creations 123 / Dean CS Lewis reserves the right to dishonour a tattoo voucher if reasonably believed that it was not validly purchased or was already redeemed.

Where can you redeem
All tattoo vouchers purchased via Mystic Creations 123 / Dean CS Lewis, are only redeemable with him. They cannot be used with their mentor, Kya Dubois / Soul of the Boreal Tattoo & Art Studio, at their shared studio space.

Lost Tattoo vouchers
Mystic Creations 123 / Dean CS Lewis is not responsible for any lost tattoo voucher. However, if the wrong email address was entered while ordering, contact MysticCreastions123@gmail.com immediately so the issued voucher/s can be cancelled, and a new one can be sent to the correct address.

Going through checkout
Payment will need to be e-transferred to MysticCreations123@gmail.com. (Be sure to add the 123!)

Once payment is received, the voucher/s will be issued via email as soon as possible. Please allow for 24 hours, as this is not an automated process.

If requested, the physical voucher/s can be arranged for pick up at the tattoo studio. If this is the case, please allow plenty of time to organize a meet-up.

If you would like to gift a tattoo voucher to someone, please enter their email details in the checkout portion that says where the item is being sent.  *Be sure to enter any and all email addresses correctly.

If there is a monetary amount you would like for a tattoo voucher that is not offered, please email me, and a custom order can be made.

Holiday Gift Tattoo Voucher

The Holiday Gift Tattoo Voucher user must be 18+ years old to use it. It is not redeemable for cash, and cannot be exchanged, or returned.

The Holiday Tattoo Gift Voucher is valid from January 1st, 2023, to December 31st 2023. It is not valid with other Discounts or Promotions. 

Only one Holiday Gift Tattoo Voucher may be used per person, per tattoo. (It can be redeemed alongside a regular Tattoo Voucher, just not alongside anouther Holiday Gift Tattoo Voucher). Only redeemable with Mystic Creations 123 / Dean CS Lewis, and cannot be used with their mentor Kya Dubois / Soul of the Boreal Tattoo & Art Studio at their shared studio space.

Mystic Creations 123 / Dean CS Lewis must be notified while booking the appointment that a Holiday Gift Tattoo Voucher will be used.

The Holiday Gift Tattoo Voucher must be brought in person to the appointment, or a clear photo of the voucher's # must be able to be shown at the time of the appointment.
